                                         ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

                                                       FEBRUARY 6, 2012

1:00 P.M.  Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard B. Gorden,                     

                  Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J. Mazur.

1. The Board discussed changes that were made to our Fiscal Year 2013 budget

                  at the request of the Town Manager.

2. The Board discussed a late Fiscal Year 2012 application for abatement.

3. The Board signed a Statement of Entry into Tax Deferral and Recovery

Agreement.

4. The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2012 abatement

applications for the following properties:

                        Parcel      70-30       Denied

Mr. Gorden recused himself from consideration and action on this application.

                        Parcel    126-10-4    Denied

                        Parcel      8-19         Granted

                        Parcel      21-50       Denied

                        Parcel    112-143     Granted

                        Parcel      65-31       Granted

                        Parcel    130-37       Granted

                        Parcel      29-3-1      Denied

5. The Board decided to hold their next Board meeting at 12:45 P.M. on

Monday, February 13, 2012
